Hi! I'm Jane Doe (989898) and the blog I've chosen for this assignment is Daynuv. Daynuv is the name of a company involved in the creation and hosting of "3D immersive spaces on the Internet for Education and Training, Marketing & Communications and Virtual Events", as mentioned on their site.
As far as I could see, the blog has two authors, James and Keith, who both contribute to it. There are no categories or tags, but most of the recent posts are about events and new developments in 3D technologies. The frequency of posts is 1-2 a month and it seems to be fairly constant (the blog was started in April 2009). There were more posts in May and June (8, respectively 7). In my opinion, the blog is speaking to potential clients, keeping them up-to-date with their achievements and sharing news from the 3D technologies domain. The blog posts include a lot of videos and pictures. The layout of the page is simple but suggestive. The side bar includes links to archives, a link to their Twitter account, a blogroll(list of related blogs) and a list of the most recent posts. There is no much interaction taking place - just a few comments from people who are mentioned in posts and information contributed by readers (links to similar projects or applications).

My favourite post is titled Multi-touch or no-touch? Notes from 3Dcamp , authored by James. It speaks about an event I myself attended this summer, and about ways of interacting in virtual worlds other than by using a keyboard and a mouse. I found the idea of "digital puppeteering in a virtual world" fascinating. I also enjoyed watching the video on Project Natal included in the post - I heard a lot of people talking about it and I was curious to know what it was all about.
